Refund Policy

Full Course, Full Refund Guarantee

Complete all 30 daily modules. If you finish the entire course and don't think it was worth your money, email us within 60 days of purchase. We'll confirm your completion and process a full refund within 7 business days. No argument. No hassle.

We can do this because people who actually do the work almost never ask for their money back.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Two-Payment Plan Refunds

For the two-payment plan: The same Full Course, Full Refund Guarantee applies. Complete all 30 daily modules within 60 days of your first payment.

  • If you request a refund before the second payment: You receive a full refund of the first payment ($109), and the scheduled second payment is cancelled. No further charges occur.
  • If you request a refund after both payments: You receive a full refund of both payments ($218 total).
  • In both cases, course access is revoked upon refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@fineisalie.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Course completion must happen within 60 days of your first payment.
  • After a refund is processed, your access to course content will be revoked.

After the 60-Day Window

The Full Course, Full Refund Guarantee requires course completion and refund request within 60 days of your purchase date. After that window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws, those rights apply regardless of this policy.

For EU customers: By beginning to access the Course, you acknowledge that the digital content delivery has commenced. You may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law.
