60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Finish all 30 days. If you complete the program and don't think it was worth your money, email us within 60 days of purchase. We'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. No forms. No hoops. No guilt trip.

We can do this because people who actually do the work almost never ask for their money back.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Two-Payment Plan Refunds

For the two-payment plan, the same 60-Day Money Back Guarantee applies. Finish all 30 daily modules within 60 days of your first payment.

  • If you request a refund before the second payment: you receive a full refund of the first payment ($109), and the scheduled second payment is cancelled. No further charges occur.
  • If you request a refund after both payments: you receive a full refund of both payments ($218 total).
  • In both cases, course access is revoked upon refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@fineisalie.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • You must complete all 30 daily modules within 60 days of your first payment.
  • After a refund is processed, your access to course content is revoked.

After the 60-Day Window

The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee requires course completion and refund request within 60 days of your purchase date. After that window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Clinical-concern safety valve

If after purchase you realise the program isn't what you need right now, or a clinician tells you to pause or prioritise professional care, email us for a refund regardless of how far into the 30 days you are. We don't ask questions in that situation. This is additive to the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee above. It does not replace it.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws, those rights apply regardless of this policy.

For EU customers: By beginning to access the Course, you acknowledge that the digital content delivery has commenced. You may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law.
